Founded by Attorney Todd Elliott, Elliott Law Group (ELG) was built on nearly three decades of litigation experience. Before founding the firm, Mr. Elliott established Elliott & Davis, P.C., growing it into a successful law practice with more than fifteen attorneys practicing in diverse areas of law. Throughout that time, he continued trying cases while mentoring and supervising other litigators.
After almost 30 years in practice, Mr. Elliott made the deliberate decision to create a different kind of law firm—one focused entirely on litigation. He narrowed the firm’s practice exclusively to civil disputes and relocated Elliott Law Group to Pittsburgh’s historic Law & Finance Building, directly across from the Allegheny County Courthouse that’s located on Grant Street. Being only steps from the courthouse allows our attorneys to efficiently represent clients while remaining actively engaged in litigation throughout Western Pennsylvania.
At Elliott Law Group, P.C., we believe successful litigation begins with careful preparation, strategic thinking, and experienced courtroom advocacy. Unlike firms that divide their attention among numerous practice areas, our firm is devoted exclusively to civil litigation. Today, Mr. Elliott is joined by Attorney Megan E. Wisneski, Esq. (formerly Megan Willis), whose commitment to detail complements the firm’s mission of providing thoughtful, effective, and results-oriented representation. Our team also includes Nancy Zora, a senior litigation paralegal who has worked with Mr. Elliott for over fifteen (15) years. She consistently helps push get the most challenging and complex cases across the finish line. Together, our attorneys and paralegal staff work closely with every client. We develop practical legal strategies tailored to each case’s unique facts and objectives.
