Megan E. Wisneski, Esq. (formerly Megan Willis) graduated with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017 with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Music. During her time at UNC, she played clarinet in the Marching Tar Heels and performed with various other musical ensembles.

After spending a year traveling throughout Europe and the Caribbean, Megan attended Stetson University College of Law in Florida, where she excelled academically. She was selected for the Honors Program, served as a teaching assistant, and was an editor for both the Stetson Law Review and the Journal of Aging Law and Policy. She also interned for the Honorable Anthony E. Porcelli of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Megan graduated cum laude in the top 10% of her class.

Megan is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Pennsylvania.   

Following her admission to the bar, Megan joined Elliott & Davis, P.C., where she worked closely with Mr. Elliott and became an integral member of the litigation team. She now continues that work as a key member of the Elliott Law Group, P.C. (ELG) team. Her exceptional academic background, combined with her outstanding research, writing, and legal drafting skills, enables ELG to handle complex litigation matters of all sizes and levels of sophistication.
